Life Safe CPR Coach is a free AI-powered CPR trainer made by
Life Safe, an Ontario first aid and CPR training company.
It uses your device's camera and AI hand tracking to check your form while you practise chest compressions on a pillow, a stuffed toy or a manikin.
- Real-time AI hand tracking: compression depth, rate, recoil and hand position.
- Audio and visual coaching: voice prompts plus an adjustable 100–120 BPM metronome.
- Adult, child and infant modes: each with its own depth targets and 30:2 or 15:2 cycles.
- Performance stats: compression accuracy, average rate, full chest recoil and a session score.
